We specialize in personalized programs that support the mind, body, and spirit through evidence-based and alternative modalities—helping high-performing individuals restore balance, energy, and purpose.

We primarily serve executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking a higher level of personalized care—those ready to optimize their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. However, we also welcome clients recovering from chronic stress, burnout, or neurological and lifestyle-related conditions.
How is your approach different from a traditional wellness center?
We take an integrative and highly individualized approach. Every client experience begins with a comprehensive wellness assessment and strategy session. From there, we create a customized plan that may include Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Reiki, nutrition, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching—all tailored to your goals, schedule, and wellness level.
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session includes an in-depth consultation and assessment. We review your health history, movement patterns, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we outline your personalized wellness blueprint—designed to guide your sessions, nutrition, and self-care practices.

Do I need a referral or medical clearance to participate?
No referral is required. However, if you have a medical condition or recent surgery, we may ask for clearance from your healthcare provider to ensure your safety and program effectiveness.
Where are you located?
Our primary location is in Newport Beach, California, and virtually worldwide. Private sessions and retreats are available by appointment only.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require payment in full at the time of scheduling. This ensures your reserved time and personalized preparation.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full and are non-transferable.
All sales are final. Due to the individualized nature of our services, no refunds are issued for sessions, packages, memberships, or programs under any circumstance.
